We are excited to let you know that starting August 1, 2026, we are launching a one-month trial of a new patch call triage system, designed to help get you connected to a physician right away for urgent calls but also allow you to select the option to wait for a very short time for non-urgent calls. We are running this trial to improve patch capacity within OMC, and to ensure the most urgent calls are answered first. Please see the following infographic for more information.
