More than a remark

You are called to a chaotic scene at a public park for a 5 year old patient with a known peanut allergy who was accidentally exposed. Upon arrival, you find them sitting on their mother's lap crying. They have diffuse urticaria, facial swelling, and an audible expiratory wheeze. Their parents are understandably frantic.
