Joseph joins us with over 18 years of paramedic and EMS leadership experience. Joseph completed his Primary Care Paramedic diploma at Niagara College and has spent a significant portion of his career serving the Niagara Region. After over a decade of frontline experience, he served as a proud member of the Peer Support Team and as a Service Instructor.

Joseph later transitioned into leadership roles, serving as an Operations Superintendent as well as a Training Superintendent.

Most recently he served as a Training Specialist for the wonderful people at The Region of Waterloo Paramedic Service. 

Outside of his professional life, Joseph enjoys spending time with his wife, Andrea, and their daughter, Addison Quynh. As Addison prepares to enter Kindergarten this September, Joseph keeps busy meeting her daily "creative demands" for elaborate Lego, magnet, and fort constructions.
