Cyprian Czechowski
Cyprian has joined the CPER team with over 15 years of prehospital emergency care experience and 5 years of community care . He completed his Primary Care Paramedic program at St. Clair College before beginning his paramedic career with EHS in Nova Scotia then relocating into Northern Ontario with James Bay Ambulance and Ornge. After several years of frontline experience, he completed the ACP certificate at Durham College. In 2016, he transitioned to Niagara EMS and served in the region until 2025. Since 2020, he has also worked for the City of Hamilton, providing advanced prehospital care to the community.
Over the past eight years, he has been actively involved with CPER as an educator, facilitator, and auditor. In addition to his clinical and education roles, he has taught at Northern College, Trillium College, Niagara College and Oxford College, contributing to the development of future paramedics. He is currently working on attaining his Bachelor of Health Science.
He has a strong interest in high-fidelity simulation training and has competed at the PCP, ACP and ITLS levels. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids while enjoying outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, fishing, and hunting.
